Shortly after obtaining my baccalaureate from York University, in Toronto, I was bitten by the writing bug. I began developing my style of prose, which progressed to submissions of articles to local newspapers and periodicals. I was drawn to writing fiction, where I let my creative juices flow, as I commenced with writing my first novel, entitled "To Kill By Mourning". The sequel, entitled "The Mourning After", as due out soon.

Along the way, I went back to college where I was accepted into the journalism program of Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. During this program, I was bestowed with the "Most Promising Newswriter" award.

I continue to write and submit articles to newspapers, periodicals, newsletters and internet companies. Novel writing and writing prose is never far from the touch of my fingertips.

My passion is in the fitness and nutrition area, as I have been involved in the fitness industry for 30 years. Along with studying fitness in university, I have obtained numerous certificates, including: personal trainer, nutritionist, fitness consultant, martial arts black belt and coaching.
